About me
My Philosophy
Something that I've learned through my own pregnancies, births, and journey into the birth world is that the body knows what it's doing! It's 100% worth trusting in yourself when you're about to bring your baby earthside. Women are amazing and should be treated as such.

My Story
My name is Lauren Walendy and I am a doula that is absolutely passionate about the birth world! I've had 3 kids of my own (2 boys and 1 girl) and had different births for each: a hospital for my 1st, a birthing center for my 2nd, and at home for my 3rd. I'm also married to a wonderful man, whose name is Brian and is another driving force behind Inner Goddess Birth Services - our 4th anniversary is this October 2020!

I became a doula because I want to help support women through one of the most rewarding (and most challenging!) times in their lives! Pregnancy and birth can be difficult and I'm here to make it a bit easier on everyone and help welcome your newest member of the family! My eventual goal is to be a CPM.
